Tournaments We Play!

BFHA sends travel teams to play in a number of indoor and outdoor tournaments throughout the year, in addition to the tournaments BFHA hosts and plays. This allows BFHA players to see the hockey world outside of Baltimore, and play at a higher level of competitive play.

We have sent teams to play in the National Field Hockey Festival in California and Florida (each November) as well as a variety of regional tournaments in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey and Delaware. Many of the tournaments involve travel and possibly overnight or longer stays. Depending on the tournament, men may or may not be able to play.

MavSPorts is having a pre Festival tournament at Garrison Forest School

When: Sunday, November 14 from 9am to dark

Where: Garrison Forest School

Cost: $400 per team

Details: 2010 Festival has day and night games. USFHA said games are Thursday thru Saturday. U19 games are finishing on Saturday afternoon in time for Senior Night activities. U16 games will play through Saturday night. Festival fields.

National Field Hockey Festival

The 2010 National Field Hockey Festival is in Phoenix, AZ over Thanksgiving. The Southeast Field Hockey Association will once again send a team of players to include BFHA, WSFHA, Tidewater and other players from the East coast. Contact if you are interested in playing.
