FALL LEAGUE (RECREATIONAL) CLUB PLAY:
SCHEDULE:
Club Play
is on Sundays starting at 12PM, August 26 (registration) through November
4 (finals, Annual Meeting, lunch).
Rain date for registration and first day of play:
September 9.
Play is 12PM - 2:15PM.
We
also play Association Play Days. Tournaments vary based on the weekends.

LOCATION/DIRECTIONS:
FRIENDS SCHOOL on N. Charles Street
The Friends School is located on Charles Street just south of Northern Parkway
on the right hand side. Turn into the school, drive towards the back and
look for the SHINY, BRAND NEW GREEN TURF FIELDS!
DUES:
DUES FOR ALL PLAYERS: $75.00*
Student Players: $65.00*
*Increased dues for turf field costs and new shirts for ALL players.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your flats/turf shoes, hockey stick,
water, shin guards, mouth guard, registration form, Baltimore dues, USFHA
card,and whatever else you need TO PLAY!

Form and bring on FIRST day of the Fall League.

ELIGIBILITY:
To participate
in BFHA’s Summer League you must be a high school senior or older.
USFHA
MEMBERSHIP:
All players must
be a current member of the U.S. Field Hockey Association. If you are a current
member, YOU MUST SHOW YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP CARD BEFORE YOU PLAY!
If you are currently not a member, you will need to
sign up for membership your first session. There are annual dues of $50
for the United Field Hockey Association. Please go online and complete registration
and payment at www.usfieldhockey.com.
It's your responsibility to renew your membership each year. Please bring
this completed form and your USFHA membership fee to the first session.
If you paid during the summer, you will owe USFHA
dues next summer ’07. USFHA dues are paid DIRECTLY to USFHA.
CLUB RULES:
1. Games will begin promptly at noon. The time schedule is:
Game 1 12:00 – 12:42
PM
Game 2 12:46 – 1:29 PM
Game 3 1:33 – 2:15 PM
The games are two 20-minute halves with a 2-minute half time.
2. The top games listed on the weekly schedule are to be played on the field by the bleachers.
3. Each team must provide one official for their game. A forfeit is declared if a team fails to provide a minimum of 7 players and 1 official.
4. The team responsible for
the weekly tea is also responsible for providing injury ice.
OFFICIATING POLICY & TEAM RESPONSIBILITY
Captains will need to have a MINIMUM of 3 players volunteer as weekly officials
AND have them attend at least ONE session of the clinic. These individuals
will be the primary officials for the Fall League. The primary officials
(3 or more) will have $150 available to be divided amongst them to pay for
dues for the Fall League.
